As I sit here filling out the forms for our pool opening I can’t help but think of how grateful I am for your patience with us and your dedicated team. I was so ready to fill in our pool a few years ago- I remember telling you that I just “hated” this pool. I never thought I would look forward to opening it or owning it- you have completely changed my mind and won us over! We are excited about the pool opening now- your team has been amazing to work with- I absolutely love them. So professional, punctual and caring- they are exceptional.

Downes Swimming Pool Company built our pool in 1992 and have maintained it all but one year since that time (one year we tried another company that advertised a lower price, but that was a terrible experience). Downes opens our pool every year, does weekly maintenance, and closes the pool. They service any issues we have during the use of our pool – and are always responsive no matter if it is a simple issue or an urgent problem (such as a flood after a major rain storm). We would recommend them in the highest manner and have no reservations.
